I realized about a year ago that I felt so disconnected from my joy and childlike wonder.

I got caught up in the seriousness of life, being a mom, working, doing things for others and not doing enough of what brought me joy.

So I started connecting deeper with my inner divine child.

Letting little me guide me back to my joy and bringing it back into all of my experiences, relationships, work and play.

I noticed as I discovered there was a part of me that kept coming forward that didn’t feel safe to embody the joy.

I stayed with it and over the course of the last few months I notice my approach to life has lightened in a different way.

My creativity has skyrocketed and I find myself feeling blissful the majority of the time.

The theme of this retreat is exploring deeper connection with your inner divine child and the divine mother.
We are going to bring the full joy, innocence and turn on for creation into your adulthood, relationships and business/career!

~ Esoteric Movement (my modality of light somatic work)
~ An Easy Hike and Scavenger Hunt
